Dr. Marian has received extensive training as a Chiropractic Physican. Today, a Chiropractic Physican has to have a Bachelor of Science degree before entering a Chiropractic College. Not many people realize that in addition to a bachelor degree, a Chiropractor must master 4 years of chiropractic college education to become liscensed and practice. While in Chiropractic College the student must master over a year in human anatomy where actual cadavers are completely disected by the student! In fact, the same anatomy professors that teach the Chiropractic student teach the medical students at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition, the chiropractic student takes classes in biochemistry, physiology, microbiology, pathology, radiology, physical therapy modalities, rehabilitation exercise design, herbal and vitamin sciences, and of course the art and science of chiropractic manipulations! Since graduation, Dr. Marian has performed thousands more manipulations in her career.

Dr. Marian uses a diversified “hands on” technique. The purpose of the manipulation is to restore normal joint function. She performs the following techniques: Diversified, Flexion/Distraction, Drop-Table, and Activator.
